Receives Personnel Action Form (PAF) and other paperwork together with employees departmental file for processing of clearance order and close-out of employees personnel file upon termination of employment

Verifies with appropriate staff that agency passes issued to employee and their dependants, as well as equipment and other agency property issued to the employee has been turned in
