SR SERVICE ATTENDANT LEADER
Pay Grade A21
Under close supervision, performs unskilled servicing and cleaning of revenue and non-revenue equipment, including automobiles, buses and rail cars. |
The Sr. Service Attendant Leader differs from the Service Attendant in that the Sr. Service Attendant Leader oversees and coordinates the daily activities of a group of Sr. Service Attendants and assigns tasks within a work crew. The Sr. Service Attendant Leader communicates and implements safety rules, policies, and procedures and maintains accountability for the safety of assigned employees. A Leader receives additional pay for each hour worked as stipulated by the appropriate collective bargaining agreement. |
