MASTER FACILITIES SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN
Pay Grade A35
Responsible for safely and efficiently operating, maintaining, and repairing the Gateway High Rise headquarters building boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, instrumentation, deration, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting, power, water treatment and other electrical and mechanical systems to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of operation on a daily basis. |
Master Facilities Systems Technician is an Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) skilled level position. Master Facilities Systems Technician differs from Facilities Systems Technician in that the Master Facilities Systems Technician performs skilled electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC work associated with the Gateway high rise facilities and systems. |
