Examples of Duties
- Updates and maintains inventory of current routes, paddles, maps, summaries, stop lists, supplements, owl listings, and hand held computer ride/check processing data

Monitors printing of roll-out sheets, paddles, service change notices, and stop list updates and distributes to divisions

Prepares master paddle sets for division-wide and system-wide shake-ups

Compiles and distributes materials regarding assignments to schedule checking personnel
-
Enters, edit, and prints routine schedule information and hand-held computer data and various reports from mainframe and personal computer systems

Contributes to ensuring that the EEO policies and programs of Metro are carried out

Knowledge of:
- General office practices and procedures

Ability to:
- File materials alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically

Understand complex route information using maps and scheduling materials

Proofread schedule information for completeness and accuracy

Type 35 net words per minute

Operate a variety of office equipment, including typewriters, computer terminals, copying machines, and calculators

Maintain activity records

Minimum Qualifications
Potential candidates interested in the SCHEDULE CLERK position MUST meet
the following requirements:
- 2 years experience performing complex, responsible clerical duties, including 1 year utilizing personal computer in the production of reports
